Hi, I'm Julia.

I've spent the last 7+ years in the room with leaders and teams inside some of Europe's fastest-growing tech companies. I don't teach corporate theory – I've lived the pace and the pressure.

I design and facilitate sessions that close the gap between leaders and their people – lately, often helping managers lead through the AI shift with trust and team spirit intact.

I work in English and Polish, across Europe.

Good questions

Things people usually ask

Both. Most of my work is in-person – it creates stronger outcomes for team-based sessions. But I've run effective workshops fully remotely for international teams. We'll figure out what makes most sense on the discovery call.
I've worked with groups from 5 to 100. The format naturally changes – a 10-person leadership team works very differently from a 100-person group. I design the session to fit your group, not the other way round.
Single sessions are absolutely an option – and often the right starting point. Many clients begin with one workshop and come back for more. We'll find the format that fits where you are right now.
It varies. A standalone workshop can be a half-day or full day. A development program typically runs across several weeks or months, with sessions spaced to allow for real practice in between. I'll always tell you what I think you actually need – not what makes the contract bigger.
Primarily technology – I've spent the last several years embedded in fast-growing tech organisations, so I understand the pace and pressure. That said, the human dynamics at the heart of leadership development are universal. I've also worked with teams in marketing, events, and professional services.
Yes, fully in both. I work regularly with international English-speaking teams and Polish organisations alike. Sessions can be delivered in either language – or a mix, if that's what your team needs.
